Greetings! We hope that you have been enjoying your Spring Break with your families.
Our next rehearsal will be on Saturday, April 26, 2014. We hope that you have been practicing what you had learned from your conductor-instructor during the first twelve sessions.
In the meantime, we would like to remind you about the opportunity for you to do voluntary community service work at the Parker Adult Day Care Center. The date of the visit is this coming Saturday, April 19th, not Sunday, April 20th as we had originally informed you. The time of the visit will be 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. If you are available, and your families’ schedules permit, you could bring joy to the seniors there during this spring holiday season. So far, Josephine Chuang of our Blue Team will be participating. It would be nice if more orchestra members could join her.
Please email us at hyuen.tzyoli@yahoo.com by tomorrow (Thursday, April 17th) evening to let us know if you would like to participate in this community service opportunity, and which solo piece you would like to perform, so that we could plan for your visit to the adult center.
