Note: Auditionee should prepare a solo that demonstrates your technical ability and your musicality. Your most recent NYSSMA solo is a good example, but the piece you prepare does not have to be a NYSSMA approved solo. The audition will consist of your performance of this piece and may include a brief sight-reading example.
