Mission Statement:
To provide young musicians with the opportunity to work with each
other in an ensemble/chamber group setting to sharpen their musical skills and
knowledge as well as broaden their performance techniques and stage presence
while developing in them the sense of community volunteerism, global citizen
leadership skills, Tzu Chi humanitarianism, and pride in their musical
abilities through spreading love and kindness via music at public concerts and
performances as well as Tzu Chi events that the orchestra members themselves
actively participate in organizing and executing.

2. 對社區服務的貢獻。
3. 學習領導統御的技能。
4. 創造機會讓團員有機會表演同時訓練台風及表演技巧。
